I know what it’s like when you have ‘this problem’, and whatever you seem to do, you just can’t get past it to get where you want to be or you feel like Anxiety is stopping you from leading a ‘normal life’. All you want to do is hide away and stay safe and comfortable in your own ‘bubble’. Or you think to yourself: ‘If I just keep myself going, then I’ll be okay.’ So, you don’t do anything. Well,...this is where I come in.
